The settings listed below is what you are going to be adding to your php.ini file. The xdebug.profiler_output_dir setting, you want to make sure that this goes to the right tmp directory on your server and xdebug.default_enable = 0 is shutting off the xdebug locally.
[xdebug]
xdebug.remote_enable = 0
xdebug.profiler_enable = 0
xdebug.profiler_enable_trigger = 0
xdebug.profiler_output_name = cachegrind.out.%t.%p
xdebug.profiler_output_dir = "c:/wamp/tmp"
xdebug.var_display_max_depth = 15
xdebug.var_display_max_data = 4096
xdebug.max_nesting_level = 200
xdebug.remote_autostart= 0
xdebug.default_enable = 0
